Gang Sheet Size & Pricing
Gang sheets are 22.5 inches wide and start at 24 inches long. Pricing starts at $0.85 per linear inch for a 24-inch sheet, with lower per-inch pricing as the sheet length increases. Choose your sheet length inside the builder to see your price.

For the best DTF print quality, please upload high-quality artwork.
Accepted file types: PNG, SVG, and PDF
• PNG files should have a transparent background.
• SVG and PDF files should be high-quality and print-ready.
• Make sure your artwork is sized correctly before ordering.
• Check spelling, orientation, quantity, and design placement carefully.
• Low-resolution or blurry artwork may result in lower-quality prints.
• Colors displayed on your monitor may vary slightly from the finished printed transfer.
Before You Order
Please carefully review your gang sheet before submitting your order. Your transfers will be printed based on the artwork, sizing, and quantities.
For Express Builder, choose the finished size and quantity for each design, and the builder will arrange the gang sheet for you.
DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions
1. Preheat the Garment
Press the garment briefly to remove moisture and wrinkles.
2. Position the Transfer
Place the DTF transfer on the garment.
3. First Press
Temperature: 275°F
Time: 8 seconds
Pressure: Medium
4. Hot Peel
Remove the transfer film immediately after pressing while it is still hot. Start at a corner and peel in one smooth motion
5. Second Press
Place a cover sheet over the design and press again for 5 seconds using medium pressure.
Important: Heat presses can vary. We recommend testing your settings before producing a large quantity of garments.
DTF Washing & Care Instructions
For best results and longer-lasting transfers:
• Wait at least 24 hours before washing the garment.
• Turn the garment inside out before washing.
• Wash in cold or warm water using a mild detergent.
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry for best results.
• Do not iron directly over the DTF transfer. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out or place a protective cover sheet over the design.
Tip: Proper washing and drying will help keep your DTF transfer looking bright and vibrant longer.
